100 Series FTE Straight pipe Exhaust Sound

As the title describes, a quick drive with the new exhaust to show what the 4.2TD Landcruiser sounds like with no mufflers. The exhaust is a Taipan 3inch
Above 2500RPM it really opens up and sounds sweet, below and at highway speeds it doesn't drone and I cant really notice much difference. You can also hear the turbo exhaust wheel when you rev it, and change gears, which is sorta cool.
The engine has no other modifications except Custom Airbox/Snorkel.

Did you get the 79 gearbox installed? What was the cost and where did you get it done?

Thanks mate. Statewide gearboxes in boronia. I can't quite remember how much it was. Their pricing was much better than 360 gearboxes I know that much. Also had a clutch done at the same time. In hindsight I wish I went a more hd clutch than the one I installed.
