I finally got around to making this yesterday and it’s one of my new favorite desserts! Fairly easy, not super sweet, everything balances out. Plus it has matcha which is one of my favorites :) Thank you for this recipe!
I'll try to make this with agar, adding it to the milk! It will change the flavor a bit since boiling milk makes it taste different, but it'll probably be tasty nevertheless because of the matcha 😍
