You still have to ensure that your time with her is 100% so that when you are doing your thing (gym, work, friends, hobbies, etc) she’s happy to take a back seat because she knows the next time she sees you-you’ll give her 100% undivided attention and affection.

I think more men need to listen to this video. It is so important. I always guess a lot of the red pill community never talked about it or rarely talked about it because in reality they were subconsciously just avoiding the topic of love to protect their own hearts getting attached and being hurt. There's a couple nuisances that need to be addressed here.
First, not all guys in a relationship that try to hold their ground in arguments, put themselves first or not get affected by his girl's words, is gonna be alpha. In fact, he might be the biggest beta and his girl hates his guts.
An example: my female cousin is a doctor, little masculine due to her upbringing and work setting. She complains a lot about how her husband is lacking, not trying to better himself physically or financially as she does, or how bad his communication is.
He's nonchalant, cold, does what he wants, listens to her on certain things and doesn't on other things, unreasonably stubborn and emotional when it comes to things he cares about.
She complains about him not being able to justify his positions and why his way is better than her's. Just acts like the old "I'm the man of the house, I'll let you do stuff as my wife, but the stuff I wanna do, I won't let you dictate on me otherwise even if I can't justify my position like you do."
She doesn't see him as an alpha at all. He puts himself first, but he doesn't have the right to do so. Not accountable, wife been asking him to fix the apartment air conditioners for months, eventually she called for the maintenance to fix, she buys most things in the apartment, richer, better looking than him and fit. He's basically a non accountable alpha wannabe that his wife dislike, and only staying with him for the kid.
So if you put yourself first and act "alpha", that doesn't necessarily mean you are. If you're not the full package, you won't be alpha no matter how much you act like it.
