Hi.Nice one.but pls I want to understand something i noticed about the cap height measurement on d sleeve when d cold shoulder on d dress is 4 inches from d shoulder off already.I believe correct me if am wrong d sleeve at d uppper part was suppose to be minus 4 inches.
