- How to install a new door handle on the Nissan 350z, one of the most common issues with these cars. I replaced the OEM door handle with a Carbon one from amazon and I show you how simple it can be. I also show how I was able to retrieve the bolt after dropping it in the door.

dip the bolt head in wheel bearing grease just a little and it will stick in the socket like a magnet (works for phillips head screws as well)

Hey how did u get them to work perfectly? When I installed mine believe the same as yours, when u open the door handle the latch inside doesn’t go down all the way like the other aftermarket ones I had so it doesn’t fully open the door and you don’t get that click
So it could be the door handle itself, or when you installed it and slide the metal pin into the locking mechanism.
@@SilentRising I believe it’s the handle itself cuz from my last ones the latch when u pull on it goes down further than the ones I was putting on, only way I found to fix it was to sand it but just more effort so ima just buy better ones next time
@dontbestumped im curious where you got yours, I put an amazon link to the ones I bought for about 20 - 30$ and no issues so far

@@SilentRising Funny video. Thanks for taking the time. There are a thin magnets that are usually sold at .99cent stores. The thin magnets have a pocket clip. They have taken me out of jams due to their power and their ability to get in to tight spots.
All garage warriors need one just in case lol
