Girls if you're still alive this has been a golden gem for me omg. I was laughing when i saw Larissa's terrible listening skills at first cause it looked A LOT LIKE ME!
I was dying laughing at Larissa's active listening bad example because that's exactly what I usually do when I don't know what to say! I think a good way to engage someone who's not listening very well is to ask them what they think or have they gone through something similar to what I'm talking about to keep them engaged. If they just don't want to talk, they'll probably keep their answers short or give an excuse to walk away so I know to stop talking to them. On the flip side, someone who is just bad at talking would give a more in depth response so I know they're just quiet and how to talk to them in future conversations. Thanks ladies!
This is exactly what I've been looking for! You gals are the best! No one acknowledges the interested noises and the short expressions as being anything important in a conversation.
Thanks for this one, to a certain extent it has been teaching more than just listening skills, it teaches us how can be polite and look after about another one.

Born in U.S., no trouble with English, but watch these videos for help with social skills.
