I changed Both rear shockers many months back but they were not working like when I bought the bike so I got them replaced but still they feel hard, tried adjusting settings but no improvement, how was your experience after changing shockers. In early years of bike service when i used to face such problem they used to refill Nitrox and then worked for couple of days very good. What are your thoughts should that be true?
New suspensions will always feel hard and sometimes they may feel too stiff over bumps while riding. But don't worry, new shock absorber gets smoother within a few months.
When suspension gets older, its dampening gets reduced because hydraulic oil inside looses viscosity, rubber components age and wear out as a result shock starts leaking. Refilling leaking shocks is futile because it is the hydraulic oil that maintains proper dampening, nitrogen air is meant to keep it from foaming and rubber oil seals and o rings cannot be replaced in such suspensions.
I prefer stiffer suspensions because at high speeds, under damped worn out shocks do not inspire confidence. Shocks play really important role in braking as well.
I have set preload at 3 level, where 1 being softest and 5 being hardest. I hope you checked swing arm bushings in case they have side to side play while replacing shocks?

Yes, I did set levels @ 3 and 1 periodically to check if it improves but it didn't, And I did had thought about swing arm bushings but every mechanic I consulted said that swing arm bushings are OK. Bajaj service centre mechanics and executive said we have to remove and check shocker on different vehicle which I wasnt expecting from them. Its been more than 10 months and my running after changing shockers is around 13000 kms. Spares are genuine of Endurance brand. They are not leaked but everytime I go through bump at low speeds it jumps me Off of the seat and Thats terrible to Backbone of my body.
How much is your body weight and how much pressure do you keep in your bike's tyres? I hope that you checked and matched part number on the shock absorbers while replacing because sometimes shops or service centers try to sell a different part like from a heavier bike which doesn't give adequate comfort.
@@M-DIY Body weight is 80, tyre pressure 35, have matched part length correctly while replacing, Also purchased tvs orange color grease if found swing arm issue. Bajaj service center are saying or else get new shockers. But I literally got them replaced twice. I see some YT videos they filling nitogen via air needle into shocker canister so asked if that is true?
Tyre pressure is too high, keep front tyre pressure at 25 PSI and rear at 28 psi then check.
Refilling air in these shocks using a tyre pump won't give accurate pressure, you can use a shock pump used by mountain bikers which is meant for this, but new shocks don't leak nitrogen at all because they have easily last a few years without leaking.
Are front forks well serviced because they too need oil change every 20,000 kilometers? You can check drive chain slack and rear pedal freeplay too, just to be sure.
Other than all the tips I have shared, there is no other reason I can think of as to why you are getting a harsher ride. If nothing works out, you can replace your seat or add some extra cushioning!

Hmm, royal enfield ki ek bike mein endurance ke isi type ke shockers upside down lage hote hai. Shockers mein oil kaafi pressure pe rehta hai, toh chahe inko kaise bhi lagao, oil leak kar hi jayega kuch saal baad.
Apache 160 ke shocker repair krane se kya fayda hai ya nhi
Nitrox ke shock absorber repair kamyaab nahi rehte, kuch months mein hi leak kar jaate hai.

Brake oil kaunsa daal rahe ho? Main Bosch ka best maanta hoon mere experience mein. Master cylinder (brake lever) ki repair kit nai lagake dekh sakte ho, use solve ho jaana chahiye, maine 2 saal pehle change kari thi, leakage thi usmein.

@@debasishroy9234 is bike ke front brake mein thoda free play ka chakkar rehta hi hai. Maine bike ke long term review mein batai thi yeh baat. But main regularly maintain karta rehta hoon toh free play theek rehta hai. Bosch ka brake fluid se braking aur achi ho jaati hai.
