Black Scoumoune - Douche France (Full EP) Black Scoumoune is a power trio from Paris/Lyon, France. They play Surf-Punk music, with metal, psychobilly, stoner doom influences. Formed in January 2016 in Saint-Ouen (93), this power trio is lost somewhere between TURNSTILE, DICK DALE and SLAYER. They came together with a very clear objective in mind: MESS UP THE VENUE.
In January, 2018 they released their first EP "Black Scoumoune" on Fauché Records, self-recorded in May, 2017 at Le Labo des Sons (Pantin, France). 5 years later, the band is back with a new EP called "Douche France", self-recorded at Misèrecords (Parisian label) during a lockdown and released in winter 2023. Heavier, darker, faster, the trio demonstrates in 8 tracks that it's not done with being supidly violent. Half an hour of anger and laughter to inhibit any pleasant feeling and abort any positive thought, if not the happiness of seeing everything burn from the kitchen window while sipping your little coffee.
