You can try to replace with vegan flax eggs i.e 1 egg = 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water. Mix and rest for 15 mins. Frankly i have not tried it but if you do please let me know how it turns out so i can share with others thanks

I'm trying to find other alternatives instead of using almond flour on a daily basis. I will still use almond flour on occasion, but I want to find other keto friendly flours that are just as good as almond flour. Suggestions from professional Elise. I like the idea of using beef pepperoni. Thanks

@@lowcarbrecipeideas yes I did weigh the ingredients and I used pre ground psyllium husk. I watched your video and used only 1 tsp at first. My guess is that the egg was a bit bigger than normal. Do you use large eggs?
Without psyllium husk you won't be able to shape the dough. Psyllium Husks acts as the gluten to o hold everything together and provides elasticity to shape the dough. You can order online too

Hi almond and coconut flours have different ratios as coconut flour is very absorbent so need mire eggs and liquid. You can try any of my coconut flour bread here as the base for the pizza. I have plain coconut and coconut with flaxseed. Check out the bread section - vegan and non vegan. Note that if u use coconut flour base it may not be as crispy as almond flour.
Hi you can replace with xanthan gum but its not 1 to 1 proportion. Frankly i have not tried it but someone kindly shared here that its 2 tsp xanthan gum to 500gm. Hope this helps😊
It says to use a 28oz can of peeled tomatoes, but in the video, the can looks like 14.5oz can. Also the amount you poured into the blender also looked like 14.5 oz, so I just used one can (14.5oz). It still tasted great and I still had leftovers that didn’t fit on the pizza. So I’m wondering if the peeled tomatoes should be a 14.5oz can?

Did you use whole psyllium husks or preground psyllium powder? Also did you weigh the ingredients?

Psyllium will help to let the crust crispy... Xanthan I don't think so.

It does help to crisp up and look glossier but it's not fatal if you omit it

I believe after it’s mixed very well the hot water won’t affect the egg it’s for the psyllium husk to do its job😊
