@@nonino1644 Yes, I realise a buffet would be the way to go. I guess in more traditional restaurants, I could make a special request, combining low carbohydrate elements from different meals.
@@nonino1644 I really would not recommend buffets in china, not all of them are bad, but you need to be so careful nowadays. They cut costs at every angle, so unless its a well established place don't be surprised if its cooked with gutter oil.

Not in china, majority of the food is either deep fried or straight carbs.
Unless you don't mind eating bugs, but even those are fried.
