Well, there is going to be a new show now. Though apparently its going to mainly focus on a different Slayer. We'll see how that goes. Animation would be the easiest way to bring all the old cast back though, I'd think.
Then again all the action and drama from the original buff could be toned down and the drama and corny humour will be watered down as well if this is truly happening

This made me so happy! The Cabin in the Woods poster, all the Big Bad portraits, the world of shrimp, Willow's hair, the one-off characters from the show and from the comics. Buffy in the Deeper Well. Oz shifting. Anya and Tara returning. Puppet!Angel for some reason. Tiny!Buffy and a dragon like in the cartoon (or like Cordelia from "After the Fall"). And all the little things floating around Willow! Olaf's hammer, a bunny, Miss Edith, the Gentlemen's box, Mr. Gordo, the Gem of Amara, the Bezoar egg, Amy. Basically understand that I want to appreciate everything about this. And the song is even catchier than ever. It's all so great!
My mom watched Buffy a lot before I was born and it was still on tv. Then she stopped when she got pregnant. When I was twelve I discovered Buffy and was hooked. I finally have a nerd topic to fan girl over with my mom... and she spoiled it for me...

For example, I wrote a song for Willow since she didn't have one in the musical episode, and my one piece of Buffy fanfiction is also focused on Willow. Yeah, Willow was my favorite character, but I just loved the show in general and can bring a lot of insight to it for veterans and newbies alike.

Well if you look closely at her, you can see a bloody slash across her torso. Joyce wouldn't have that. Besides, both Tara and Anya had violent deaths and wouldn't be at peace and more likely to pop up like that. Joyce on the other hand died of an aneurysm and would be.

Only a glimpse of Anya, Faith and Drusilla. But a lot of Willow love.
Notice the scenes on top of a train early on - looks very much like the characters are in an eighties video game. The Buffy animated series would have been set between episodes of Season 1; this is obviously set after the TV series. The identification of Anya was tough because I forgot what her hair looked like when she died. Willow in two scenes dealing with her hair changing to several different colors was amusing. The scene with the Gentlemen with the cheshire cat-like smiles was fantastic!!!!!!!! Can anybody identify all the people (most former slayers) from the last shot? (The tall one on the left is supposed to be Amanda, right? Didn't she die in the final episode?)
