I've been a top tier COD player (I made it to number 27 when MW2 the original dropped, I was also in the top 10 on both Saints Row 1 and 2 plus made 7th place on GTA 4). I also tried X22 when COD Ghosts was dead on PC and there were only hackers playing.
I know how top tier players play and know how to spot cheating, that's not opinion it's fact backed knowledge.

It’s now time for them to give up the names of streamers who use engine owning. If this is going to keep dragging on by them saying ‘oh yeah big streamers’ use their cheats, but not actually give names, then there’s literally zero point. I think we’ve got to that point where enough is enough and those names need to be revealed, so millions of people can attack those cheaters on all social media channels and big UA-camrs and hacker hunters can make videos about it. Once that starts, Activision will surely have to stop supporting them and stop protecting them. Then what we’ve all been waiting for will begin and that is, watch these scum bags start putting videos out about how they’ve had enough of COD, they’re bored and taking a break from streaming COD and then will never be seen again

Unless EO is planning on closing up shop, they won't expose their customers.
The problem with that is that only the low hanging fruit will use public cheats like EO, most are using private or DMA cheats.

But what troubles me though, is the fact that Microsoft/Activision have these endless resources at their disposal where money isn't even an issue. It seems like they don't even place an effort to at least make a single example of even ONE of these cheat sites by shutting them down. It isn't about stopping the problem but, at the bare minimum, putting the message out, "hey if you distribute cheats, this could happen to you too."

I hope it’s a developer exposing everything, getting rid of these cheats from the game would be easy. Disable aim assist so it cannot be manipulated, turn off cross-play being an option & encrypting the recoil code signal sent from the console to the controller so it cannot be manipulated by the Cronus or the titan 2. The games devs want these cheats as it’s another form of revenue for them. They have probably built them themselves. Even if a player is banned, they can set up a new account, they buy a load of stuff on that account (operator skins & blueprints), that account gets banned & they do the same thing again. Banning people is not resolving anything! The game is awful the mechanics of the game are/were good and the graphics are pretty good but how it’s run and how the anti cheat “works” that really lets it down! I will never be playing or purchasing another call of duty game again! They’re only in it for the profit wherever they can get it. It’s primarily a multiplayer game that does not look after its “customers”/ consumers. 🤣
