BBQ Fish in Fry Pan | BBQ Fish Recipe At Home | BBQ Fish in Stove | Toasted

ingredients
Telapia fish 500gm
Make cuts
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Rest for 10 mins
Wash well
Onion 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Bbq sauce 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp
Bbq masala 1/2 tbsp
Plain curd 1 tbsp
Marinate for 1 hour or over night
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Cover
Cook for 5 min low flame
Flip
Again cook for 5 mins low flame
Brush oil
Cook for 5 mins
Keep cooking one by one side for 5 mins until well cooked
Brush bbq sauce
