You forgor to mention that SSD lose data if it isn't powered on in months-years, that's why is recommended to just power them on every few months so to prevent loss of data. This is also the reason why after long time of not using ssd when you finally use it, it feels slow initially but becomes fast again HDD don't have this problem

Still hdd is better, will last longer, ssd should never be used to store imp data, cannot be recovered. Just get an 512gb m.2 store ur os in it and leave, get a good quality hdd like firecuda and store games on it. No tension
