since virtue and moir, no one tops chock and bates for me. they are unbelievable with the stories they tell on the ice. simply unmatched in my mind, no matter the points.
I come back to this program often, I absolutely adore Chock and Bates AND Daft Punk. It literally makes my teary eyed, the beauty in the music and on the ice....
Absolutely stunning. There is nothing better than being so into a performance that you actually forget that you’re watching athletes compete and just get lost in the storytelling.

I’m still so shocked that they didn’t win a medal in their category ! I luv Hubble and Donahue but these guys r just better!! They r just amazing !

I really wish they would have medal. It was my favorite program of the Olympics.
They have the team medal, first the silver but upgraded to gold after Valieva’s DQ.

The most spectacular pairs choreography I have ever seen....amazing lifts and connection between these 2 skater dancers.
Brilliant! Choke and Bates take original, creative, interpretive ice dancing to places it's never been before. Always exciting. They are legendary.
Well deserved win. When I watched them perform this routine in the US a month ago I didn’t think there was a team,even including the Russians,who could beat them,if perfectly executed. They changed the final choreographed lift slightly after having a slight prob with foot placement in the US performance,thus getting the spin much higher. Congrats🏅🥈
Love the ending pose. Initially I didn't like this program at all, but it grew on me. I love watching this performance at the team competition.
Their twizzles are perfection and I love when he lifts her over his shoulder and she's on his boot...so cool 😎

Very nice performance by both of you guys. Why is boy wearing full sleeve but girl not ? ...Is there no cold for girl?..is there any specific reason for that??
It is all a matter of design and what the costume designers believe best suits the music, routine and skaters. Both of them would be warm enough from all that frenetic skating. :)
