I admire how your friend takes such great care of his tools, attachments, tractor, and everything in his shop. This has been my goal but never seem to get there.
The old metal Tonka trucks were the best. Brings back memories.
I was thinking of the combination of fresh tilled soil (with one of these new tractor mount tillers) and a set of the old Tonka toys. Now THAT would be fun!
Just stumbled on this vid...so am about 3 years late in making a comment, but when you showed the Johnny and it was on its own mat in the shop...I knew this guy has way too much time on his hands. My 3032e is not still long enough for me to clean it up like that....
All hail,Mark, the King of Attachments is here! Great to see, thanks.
Mark has lots of nice shiny toys. Liked his winch set up to get attachments up stairs.
Wow, Mark has an awesome set up. He is very inventive. I like the way he uses dollies to move and store his attachments.
Like the videos. Took one step further and made a quick hitch attachment for the loader arm so that I can take any 3-point equipment and move from the front and lift to store on selves. I.e. Like the rototiller. Also allows me to use the ballast box to weight the front of the tractor. Made 3 concrete blocks that fit into the ballast box weighing 600 lbs total. These videos are great for exchanging ideas. Thank you!
Mark has quite a "Toy Box"!
Dang I'm jealous of mark he's got some nice attachments and cars/toys
Mark has a great collection of attachments!!!
Nice looking dollies Mark, enjoyed the video thanks tractor Tim and family for the video

+belinda turner mark enjoys the storage aspects. That is for sure!
Dang that is some clean stuff! I have had my tractor for about a year and a half and I have not washed it yet. :)
When Mark pulled the cover off of the car and they all went ooh they sounded like the little green aliens off of toy story
And to my satisfaction, it was not a car that had the letters LS- something!
what a garage his got Fantastic very nice of the guy to show you round Tim. Keep up the good work Good Luck From Ireland!
+John Troy thanks John! Would love to visit sometime!

BTW Mark, you weren't really scared of Katriel were you? LOL. I noticed how you put Tim between you and Katriel when Tim said Katriel needed to do better cleaning their tractor. LOL...

Man that guy has the hook up.
Great Show!!
LOVE the Tonka Toys
Very nice!
Love the videos. I am a new subscriber. I am in love with smaller tractors, smaller than yours. Funny, When I work on them it's not work, it's fun. Just today I bulldozed the garden to get it ready for planting with my Troybilt Pony
+White Farms thanks for joining us!
Great video. I been watching your vids for awhile now and really enjoy seeing how you work with the tractor to get stuff done. I currently own a Kubota Bx24 at the moment so its nice to kinda see how they compare. Keep up the great work and will look forward to your other vids in the future. :)
+jondeere thanks for watching. Subscribe if you have not yet done so!
Yup I did indeed. Haha
I have the auger bit attachment and I have used it so much; it has become one of my favorite attachments.
The attachment I really want to see adapted for the 1025 is a cement mixer. I have seen cement mixers for larger tractors but not one for the 1025. Have you ever seen one?
This guy has a ton of great ideas!!!!
Great video, with all the implements so clean does Mark live on a farm the size of yours? His tractor looks like the Nova, a show tractor
+Ken Litherland I'll let Mark respond to that one...
I should have mentioned that Mark has a beautiful shop/garage. Every thing looks so clean and well kept.
Ken no farm, just like to keep things clean
I think Mark needs to put out some videos, I would be his first subscriber.
you guys got an awesome videos
I really enjoyed watching
+Rush Cummins thanks Rush!
very nice
He has nice toys.
Yes, he does!
Hello again Tim During the video I herd Mark say he uses armor all on some of his tractor areas did he mention if he uses anything on other parts to minimize rusting and corrosion ,or do you use anything for that. Thank you to you and your family you are nice people.Bill
+Bill Lucas i do not use much. Sometimes some fluid film in certain areas
Please don't be mas,but Mark has a real truck.I still watch ,but cringe when i see johnny being towed by a Honda Have a safe trip back to Purdue today. My son goes back today too
While i generally appreciate the fine editing on your videos, i would love to see the "director's cut" of this one. So many toys, so little time.
I can't remember for sure, but I think you saw most of it.
That was awesome & he does have alot of attachments. I was wondering, where did your friend find that "BXpanded, toothed, 3rd thumb on his Johnny backhoe boom?
Menards must pay Marks wife very well cause all those attachments are big $$$$$. Good video.
Maybe we should go to work for Menards too, Willie??????
Tim Rocks ... Good fined
All my attachments live outdoors, back and hook up.
...and rust up!
that was cool
It is getting harder and harder to not go buy my own 1025r.....soon I hope!
+D Rouse sorry. (Well, not TOO sorry)!
The best part was the nova!
Dear Tim, I just bought a 2017 1025R with 80 hours on it. It came with the FEL, 60D deck and 54” quick hitch snowblower. I live on 7 acres . What would be the first attachment you would recommend? I need to tow a snowmobile trailer I converted to to a brush hauling trailer. Heavy Hitch with weight bracket?
Yes, heavy hitch weight bracket and weights. You need rear ballast to go with the front end loader. Don’t forget code ttwt!
Well I am a little let to this party lol but I made it. Me having a working ranch. #1 picking the right tractor and I am telling you you can not go wrong with a deere!! Now #2 this is very important you got to have the right attachments for the job. Having all Those attachments over the years it will add up more than the tractor!! But wants you have the basic man you can get so much done
Yes. Attachments are the key.
ur daughter is really smart and cute
hi
+Gary Paulette thanks Gary!
+Gary Paulette hi
Tim I’m fixing to invest in one of these little Deere’s you have a lot of good luck with it And is a lot of the rumors I hear about the hydraulics being weak true I know you’ve had your little tractor for quite some time I’d love to get in touch with you and get some information about it from ya
that was great . I need a new budget manager. hahhaa
Ah, be careful. I'm afraid replacing the budget manager may cause many unintended consequences! I suspect your current budget manager is doing fine!
Tim enjoy all of your videos. My wife and I have a couple of horses on small acreage in North Carolina I have located a couple of used John Deere compact tractors,, a 2032r with front loader and a 1025r front loader and backhoe. Both tractors are priced within $500 dollars of each other both having approximately 500 hours on each My primary use will be manure removal and grading gravel drive
Do you have a suggestion on which of the tractors would be best for my needs. Your opinion is greatly valued
Tim
I'm assuming a 'pre-2017' 2032r. This is a very nice tractor, much larger than 1025r. Will feel like a 'real tractor'.
The disadvantages with this tractor are: 1) poor/uncomfortable cockpit. 2) no quick disconnect deck. 3) difficult to attach backhoe.
Sounds like #2 is a non-issue for you.
The backhoe question is a question you need to answer. You can watch my 1-series backhoe videos (there are lots of them) to see if you think you would use it. I find it a wonderful addition. You can do many things with a backhoe which simply cannot be done with a loader.
If you find the backhoe unimportant, then take the 2032r for a drive. If it is comfortable enough for you, it will be MUCH more tractor than the 1025R.
I realize that is not a straightforward answer for you, but I hope it brings up points for you to consider.
What do you say at 3:38 ? "Mark's wife wors for [ ? ]" ? Feeling that maybe not living in the US made me miss something "everybody knows" (when you start singing). Just curious, that's why I ask.
And I really love Marks devotion to keep implements stored inside. Having an electric winch and lifting implements off trolleys! Wow
Menards. It's a giant hardware and lumber store.
+subwarpspeed watch the rest of our videos. menard's See our previous video on 'why we wear menards shirts' for a better view
Will do. Hadn't watched it yet.
Okay now I understand. I too have been buying everyday cloths at similar stores instead of going to the city center cloth stores. But those don't have the shops name printed on them and I would probably not buy such. But that is because these stores I have bought t-shirts doesn't have such a good reputation. Menards seems to be something that you really like to visit and feel they are good.
Is there any type of small bush hog for this small of a tractor and does it come standard with a way to put on a front implement such as the snow blower or broom attachment
+Jay Peace yes, you can use any 4' bush hog, and yes, check out my video review of the front quick hitch snow blade. The same quick hitch is used for broom and snow blower
Ok thank you for your time
You need a cab kit like what he got so you don't get bit by bugs
I just got 1025R like yours but I don’t really know what type or brand of the pallet fork to get. Can you tell me which is good and where to buy? How many inches wide?
Artillian.com. They are expensive, but the best ones out there because they are lightweight, and strong.
I use 36” x 3” forks, again because of the light weight.
Tractor Time with Tim thank you very much
Get a light on the roll bar
like to see how he made the storage unit for the tractor cab
a 2x6 frame ,wheels, sits just like it does on the tractor,
Well I was going to buy a Massey Ferguson, I've always been a red guy, But after watching your videos I may just go Green
You'll love it, whichever way you go!
How do you store a brush hog?
They take a LOT of space don’t they!?!
@@TractorTimewithTim they do...do you know of any way (or design) of putting on rollers/dolly?
I sat mine on furniture dollies.
@@TractorTimewithTim 4 of them? I'd love to see a picture
Just one under the front. Use tail wheel for rear.
Apparently Mark has money to burn...at least he knows a good place to spend it...John Deere! Now if he would at least scrape a little paint off of the attachments....
lol.. yes she is ..heck I got the tractor..but I had to take her and let her drive it ..hahhahhaa
Bought a cherry picker (engine hoist) to pick stuff up mean while he has a front end loader😂 doesn't make sense but okay.
ur welcome can see texted me and school me on some stuff
