Hey Mr. My 2023 PHEV outlander air conditioning smells a little funny, like if it is holding humidity from not properly draining condensed air humidity, any thoughts on that? Thanks!
Just did my cabin filter change after watching your video. Big thank you for making DIY on this. I didn't realize the filter would be this dirty only after 14 months of ownership as I don't use the AC much in the summer and only some heat in the winter. Now that I know how easy it is to DIY, I'm going to change the filter more frequently!
if anyone cares, the install was the same on my 2018 Outlander PHEV. easier to watch this than try to find it in the owners manual. mitsubishi tend to reuse assemblies for eternity so I wouldn't be surprised if the filter itself is the same part too. amazon "guarantees fit" so i just winged it without a part number.
Thank you for the instructional video, very useful. On another note, for the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, does Mitsubishi Canada advises the frequency for the vehicle's regular maintenance (how many Kms, every 5000/8000 Kms or time wise, 6/9 months) including parts replacement and its costs? Thanks again for your time.

$74 USD for a $20 air filter?! Yikes... Thanks for showing the process, but I'll buy elsewhere.
Glad the process was helpful!

Great, same procedure in my outlander sport, only I use K&N washable/reusable one. 👍

It’s likely you don’t have the build in navigation then?
