The Magnus questlines. I have already completed the Mountain of Eternal Winter questline. Magnus questlines still not show up on black spirit@@lovelyggs
Here is an updates. If you are playing a season character. You may just skipped the Calpheon questlines. To unlock the Magnus questlines. You need to just press o key to open up the quest menu, and keep doing the main quest until you unlock the quest "The Qualities of God"(Even you finished Serendia questlines). It is a folded questlines. For me, I have to finish "[II] Black Angel", "Hero of Calpheon", "Secret Mission", "A Deep Shadow, blablabla", "The Disappear of Nella". The quest won't show up unless you unlock its pre-requirements' questlines.
If you have a seasonal character, you can skip the Main Quest on 2 occasions: when you reach Velia and finish Balenos MQ. If you skip, your MQ will start AFTER Mediah. So, practically, you skip Serendia, Calpheon, and Mediah MQ. If you skip, you won't be able to do this part of the MQ. If you want to do this, you just have to follow the MQ, since this part is not affected by the crossroad choice in Serendia.

Balenos, finished both balenos questlines and mountain of etenal winter questlines@@lovelyggs
