Doomsday Clock was a vanity project for Geoff Johns. Its conception wasn't rooted in an "idea" and there was no deeper meaning intended to exist in it. Alan Moore, I'm sure, hates the very idea of trying to do a sequel to Watchmen. Watchmen told its story, and it ended. It wasn't meant to keep going.
I love Alan Moore, Niel Gaiman and Grant Morison. Hands down geniuses and their works are masterpieces. If you don’t think so, you’re simply not intelligent enough to understand their work. Nuff said 🙌
Yes Superman should have all of this heart, but fun and depth is also appreciated so, i dont think yhis is the best Superman story. To me, that still belongs to the Superman 78 comic .
