this is almost exactly how i make my banoffee pie! except, just a tip on the digestive base, I noticed that yours kind of collapsed on the side. Add a tablespoon of sugar to the base and bake in the oven for 10 mins after forming. This will make it even tougher and it won't crumble at all when you slice/eat it!
