#1. Remove the Super structure with a forklift.
#2 remove all rotten wood from hull.
#2A Inspect all stringers and replace #3 power wash hull.
#4 replace all seacocks.
#5 Buy a "Boat Load of Expoy.
#6 Run all new floor joists.
#7 then start fresh with a new and improved Super structure.
