G'day Marcus, great video. Awesome to see Ash being surprised that a change in thought creates great golf shots. Wish me luck Marcus as we are out of lockdown this Friday and I am on the golf course on Sunday. I have no idea what score I will get but am 100% positive I will hit one or two fantastic shots. Have been swinging everyday and hitting some foam balls at the local park. Following your instructions, I now move my weight to the lead foot at the beginning of the downswing, can feel the weight of the club with soft wrists and am finishing in balance. Hallelujah!! How the bloody hell did that happen?🤣🤣
I caught the don’t do your old stuff or your brain will revert back to doing what it had been doing Playing this way has just been a freedom to explore how good I can be when I play with the right intentions
Right so this is the follow on i wanted - however, i did not pick up on the cue he needed to enable the fairway wood. Did the ball get moved back in the stance? - in response to the intent? A quick comment would be very helpful Marcus.
Marcus, you were talking about striking the iron on the toe and causing a draw and a heel strike causing a fade. I thought that was true for a driver because of bulge and roll but not for an iron.
We need to be extra tuned into where the ball starts as well as the curvature. It may more likely be the case that you were actually hitting pull draws before which transitioned to pull hooks. In which case moving towards a draw that starts right of target would be a good place to start 👍
I love watching this channel. It can be such a frustrating and soul destroying game then to see people improving is just great.
Glad you enjoy it, thanks for the support
Hey Marcus, come on man, about time you put that hoop on a movable telescoping stand! Don’t want to loose you to a wayward strike! Another great vid!!
😂😂😂 thanks Verman
Marcus you make my week.
That's quite the compliment, Bob, thank you 😂🙌

Moved back from driver position so it would be easier to make sure the club reached it's low point in a more functional place for the fairway wood 👍
So seeing if understand. Aim face at starting point. Keeping swing in circle around body, but rotate the body alignment to direct the club path.
👍
I need a lesson from you 👍🏻
That's what I'm here for!
Love to see the ball curving now you showed me how to do it. Lol
Once you go Zen you'll never P1 again 😁🏌️♀️
😂😂😂 I don’t know where it is anymore
😂😂😂😂
Hi should your chest finish towards the target ore finish were you want the ball to start in the through swing when drawing ore fading the ball Victor
Your overall orientation, including the chest should signal the start direction of the ball (as well as the curvature)
How much are the boards Marcus.
Cheers
Shane

Same with the irons just not as amplified for the reasons you mention 👍
@@GRFGolf Thanks. I learn something new every time I watch your videos. Too bad I'm in the US or I'd come for a lesson.
He’s a brave brave man to stand there with that hoop
😂 I wouldn't do it if I didn't have full trust, I promise!
went from hitting a nice draw for a few weeks and its just suddenly turned to a pull hook
