I just purchased the A32 5G phone. I am impressed with it and your video helped me out a lot. I've always had the Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime phone for years and finally decided to upgrade.
I'm thinking of getting the A32, but I've read a lot of bad reviews on it, just wondering how it's working for you, thanks.
I’m 89, and me and a few kindergarten kids, are the only ones who have never used a smart phone. I think a much better word(s) would be: “Overly Complicated Phone”. All I want to be able to use is the phone, receive text messages (only needed to activate the phone), use the Uber app (this is the only reason I need to change from my flip phone to a smart phone). Possibly use the QR reader and the still camera. So I have a lot of heavy modifications to make. Ie.: get rid of everything Google, Games, UA-cam and so on. But you really gave an easy to understand video on getting started. I watched a few others and they never even told you how to turn the dang thing on. One started right in on Screen Lock without showing how to get there (or even what Screen Lock is). Thanks so much for your outstanding get started video. Now I’ll search for how to get rid of all those (to me) unneeded apps.
My husband is switching from a flip phone (no, really, lol!) and I appreciate your video because it explains the basics, for people like my husband who don't have a clue! Thank you!

My A32 5G has this floating button that I can't figure out how to get rid of. It holds several options like pinch zoom/jome/back/volume/etc. I can't stand it and it's always in the way at some point. Pisses my off. I can't stand seeing new features that grow increasingly frustrating that don't have an icon description. Any ide wtf it is?

Thank you for this video !! question.....when I power on the phone, when it makes that awful whistle sound. I think it's some kind of notification. I have looked everywhere to try and change that sound to another one, i hate it, but I cannot find the way. I have searched and searched.... can you tell me how ??

Where is the back button located
At the bottom of the screen unless you have it in Gesture Mode. If you see a straight line across the screen bottom then your phone is in Gesture Mode. In Button Mode the Back button looks like this:

Did you check the Phone app's Settings, Permissions? Did you put your Contacts in the phone? Check the Contacts app Settings & Permissions also.

When using the camera my screen in sunlight is black so I can't see what I'm shooting. How do I remedy this?
Make sure auto brightness is turned on, that way the screen will adjust based on the surrounding light.
Go to setting and in the search box type in auto brightness

I just got this phone and the sim card is on the side, not the top!?? Maybe there are 2 versions? I have 5G.
I also have the samsung galaxy a32 5g. How do you feel about the recording quality with the front facing camera? & on ig & snap the Quality sucks for me!
From what I've seen there are 3 versions. The 4G and 2 5G versions. Depending on where you live depends on which 5G version you find.

Home screen looping! You didn't show how to do it! Samsung is where I found out about it and LG phones also had it. Otherwise you'll have to install another launcher like Nova or Microsoft to be able to do it.
To be able to home screen loop you'll have to first disable that useless google feed which I can't stand anyway. Looping allows you to continuously move the homescreens in one direction be it to the left or to the right. If you need the manual to read there's a downloadable one on the internet. It's 4.6 MB or 124 pages. This is one of the phones I've been considering so I downloaded the manual to read. I have one for every smartphone I've acquired and they were all free.
My question is - do I charge new phone before I use it??

Use hours should be in About Phone section unless it's been moved since the last time I owned a Samsung. Don't be afraid to explore the Settings of the phone. That's how you learn it and discover things reviewers don't mention.
