Do you have a video explaining how to manage to dirty water dogs i see people throw cold dogs in the water with the hot/cooked ones, how do you manage witch ones are ready or cold etc when you throw cold ones in with the hot ones?
Most of us use 2 pans... unless we are rapid steaming. You can use two 1/4 pans instead of one 1/2 size. Some move the few remaining to a steam and then start the new ones. There are several ways to do it.
