While watching through, I had one more point in my mind related to making changes in the contract that one wishes to sign up, as a contract seller, one should always keep in mind that you are making changes in a contract only if it is necessary and not just like that, as if experimenting, respecting the contract buyer. This will result in a healthy balance and will eventually lead to the goodwill of both parties.
That's because perform integrated change control is an internal process and the change control board involves internal stakeholders. When we bring in contracts, we are bringing in external entities and legal complexities into the picture so an internal process set up to handle project changes might not suffice 🙂👍
