Hand-feeding wild fox in my kitchen.

- I have the honor to befriend this wild fox, and here she is being fed inside my kitchen.
She have puppies and since that, she has been a bit stressed about if all is OK outside, and that's why she keeps going to the door and listen.
This video • Wild fox visits me in ... is recorded April 4th, and we met each other just March 19th. She is still in her winter coat, and yet not had her puppies. But she already comes into my house and here she is in my living room.

fox: hello, i wantet to try out this "domesticated pet" thing? that means i get food and warm blankets right?
Yea
I read it in a British well-mannered voice
And a bath
@@damond.p7100 fantastic Mr fox
Fr sometimes wild animals just willingly join with humans if they don’t have enough to get by on their own. Most of the time it’s only for a short while cause they see us like aliens, but some are more open minded.
I love how he feeds it really nicely and the fox doesn’t even care
Back in the late 1990's, we had a wild Vixen do this. We treated her just like we would any ordinary dog. She was besotted with my late father and would go for walks with him, always leading the way. One summer's day she left her 5 cubs with us, for a few hours, whilst she slept in a neighbour's garden. she'd hang out around the house & garden, during the day, then keep a piquet on the outside the house on front lawn, all night. She was well known by the neighbours as the friendly fox.
Wow. Cute.
foxes are so curious & want to befriend people ♡ they respond well to human kindness, and aren't unexpectedly aggressive
I'd be careful. Someone could get bitten thinking that way
@@peteelderman8606 perhaps...but I've fed the ones around here sausages plenty of times and they were always nice to me. 😊👍
@@TomoyoTatar That's wonderful! I'd love to have that experience too! But I wouldn't want anyone to get a false sense of security. That's where I'm coming from
As cute as this is, this is really dangerous for both the person and the animal. If an animal associates humas with food they will expect it from any human and you can't really tell if the animal has a disease. The animal will lose fear of humans and go into populated areas and likely will be killed out if fear.
@@theplaguegamer6216 hopefully that'll lead to their domestication down the road like cats
It’s amazing to hear this cute little guy is actually wild.I know food is the ultimate motivator for animals but geez he’s still incredibly brave for taking the chance of trusting a human this much. The guy did a fantastic job making the fox feel safe.
Not "he" -- it's a female. Read the description above.
Are you serious? You can't see the collar mark around it's neck where the collar presses down it's fur while it's leashed up??????
She has flees from spending much time in the den with her puppies, check my channel for the most viewed video, that is the same fox in winter coat, and before giving birth.
She is wild i promise.
No because I don't look for things that aren't there to confirm some weird bias I have.
Sad.@@reddoorpaintedblack
That's really fascinating!
Bless you for nurturing that little wild fox.
Thank you.
It would be great to see this fantastic little foxes reaction to a video of Finnegan fox laughing his black socks off at Save A Fox. I bet she would be bemused! 🦊❤❤
What a beautiful friendship you two have! She's so pretty! 😻 She also is more careful taking food from you than domestic dogs are. 😹
Aww he has a fully woolly belly welly now.
Fox: These humans cannot be trusted ill gonna leave
Fox: ok just 1 last time
Amazing . He doesn't seem so wild anymore.
I recently bought some raw food for my indoor outdoor cats, put some down the 1st night inside with my door partly open and a racoon was peeking into the door within 10 minutes
But i didn't invite nor let him in lol
That fox 🦊 sure is a hungry little bastard!!!!!!👻⚡️🦊💥✅💯🔥
If a wild animal can trust a human being maybe there’s hope for us yet. THANK YOU.
Foxes need meaty food or raw eggs. Especially if feeding their young. ❤
That’s so great that you make sure this little one is full, very kind of you!!
Aww foxes are so beautiful. I'm generally not a dog person
What are you feeding her? And what language are you speaking? There is nothing like the reward you feel bonding with creature of the wild and earning their trust. What a real treat.
He is speaking danish and the food looks like danish pancakes 😊
foxes are shy, he must be confident. Nice to see that
🦊 This food is making me
… Thirsty.
get a dog door so she can come and go anytime
Wow you’re brave
Denmark's prettiest resident. The fox is pretty cute too.
That was so so cool ✌🏾🥰 & by the looks of it, that is definitely a wild one ✌🏾
Tails has the munchies xD
Real life the prince
The fox is very beautiful. It seems as though he is tamed. The gentleman should keep him as a pet. I don't believe that he could be a good watch dog or maybe he can. Seeing this video, I would like to keep and tamed one myself. Thanks for sharing this special video. Sincerely!
bless you, and she is beautiful
Beautiful!
Really cool
Les mêmes comportements qu un chien j adore les renards ils sont si beaux
I hope you train them a little if they come inside. Not tricks but like “sit” or “stay.” 🙂 Congratulations on a wonderful family member.
We say hello by me putting a finger on her nose. She holds it up and waits for me to press the button. :o)
I really want to see this!! ❤❤❤ I subbed btw! :D it would be wonderful to see more of your fox friend~
I really like the vid!👍
So lovely
Lovely video! 🦊
a beautiful lady!
Skøn video! 🥰
Skoll!
Town foxes sure are friendly when they feel comfortable around people.
She ain't a town fox. ;o)
You are very lucky :)
what language are you speaking? it's very soft 😍
He is speaking danish 😊

Fox says , Do I get to sleep in the lazy boy tonight?
She has slept in my bed.
Foxy needs a bath

Mine used to love Iceland's chicken strips. They used to work out relatively cheaply as fox food. Trouble is you have to defrost in advance. At the moment i feed Webbox Chub but they seem to have stopped making it and I'm running low.😢
everybody in the comments be calling it a "he" even though it legit gave birth what the hell y'all
They didn't notice the part about the pups, and assume everything male as a default until proven otherwise. It's pretty common with animals.
It's like whenever cats are discussed on line etc, they are always called she, I guess if gender is fluid, then it doesn't matter.
@@yakacm gender is a cultural construction, meaning it is only applied to humans. Animals do not have gender. Their pronouns follow their sex.
Males can give birth these days, haven’t you heard?
@@mrnicktoyou yeah? Trans men exist. And male seahorses give birth too.
Considering it semi-black fur, this one is more attracted to humans than other wild foxes. For clarifying, there was an experiment in attempt to raise docile foxes by combining generations that were less wild. In the end majority of foxes were black furred, docile balls.
Love this!
I kinda had the same relationship with my neighborhood raccoon but then he started going in my trash cans and eating my delivered food, so I had to snip it in the butt
The poor thing looks like it has mange.
She has flees, she has puppies and spend much time in the den. Now she is pretty again. :o)
What did you name her? She looks like a Penelope.
Alla volpe non importa il nome
Rita seems like it would work
@@claudpiro6469 the name isn’t for the fox to care. It’s for the human to display verbal affection.
@@RogueT-Rex8468ok but the fox se ne frega
@@claudpiro6469 doesn’t have to. What’s your point?
Awwww she is beautiful. What were you feeding her?
you should teach it to sit. that would be funny af for a wild animal
Hvor hun dog fin ❤
Hendes navn er også Fine. ❤
Tjek min kanal, der er en video fra før hun fik hvalpe og i hendes vinterpels.
Wild animals, should be fed with raw meat, if you like to keep them healthy, please. Anu processed foor, cheese, sosusages, smoked, have preservatives, and other chemical additives, it will kill their digestive system.
You are right, but she won't eat it. Dog food is the only thing beside pancakes she accepts.
Det er godt at hun har en menneske ven som kan se efter hende. Hånet at hendes unger kommer på besøg hvis de når at blive voksne
more videos with the fox please
I read that 80% of a wild foxes diet is dog turds.
Both u and the Fox r sooo awesome! What country is this filmed in?
In Denmark. And thanks. ;o)
Denmark! Awesome! The land of my ancestors!!!
Think the poor guy needs a bath
Dried fish ?
Pancake. ;o)
I hope youre going to stay in that house during that fox’s life. Otherwise you might get it killed.
Sjov vov-kat. Den skal du nok få glæde af
Subbed 👍
What language is this? Sounds very nice.
Thanks. It's danish.
@@DogUnchained You got the name for it?
how long does it take to get this close?
Not more that a week.
The problem is when he meets another human that isn’t nice , or he nips at someone then people hurt him
Foxes are much smartere then that, there's a reason why so many live among us but go unseen. They know who to trust and who to avoid.
She is afraid of other humans.
Echinococcus... Be careful..
yea better and cleaner than dogs
"Thanks for the carbs. Got any proteins?" =^[.]~=
Cheese os protein
@@lockandloadlikehell Oh, my bad. I thought it was bread. ='[.]'=
I suggest feeding her dog food in the future, while it mightn't be hand feeding which could potentially acclimatise her to you, it would be of greater nutritional value to her and subsequently her pups.
I do that.
that's a weird dog
Your wild fox had a collar not long before this video was taken it seems...
Look at the neck.
Whiny paranoiac. You have to deny everything, huh?
Foxes aren't even legal pets in Denmark.
@@weewahwoo
It's illegal to have a wild animal as a pet in Denmark, so no.
@@weewahwoo Perhaps
@pieceofshit
They're just desperate to deny and ruin everything
I'm just curious, what language are you speaking?
Danish.
@@DogUnchained thank you for replying! I was guessing it was either German or like Swedish. The fox is very cute, I hope her and her pups are doing good 🥰
Is that really a "wild" fox?
Yes she is. Here in Denmark it's against the law to have red foxes as pets. :o)
Gotta be a boy. Look how messy he is 😁
She has puppies and therefor a lot of flees on this video, now she is so pretty.
What is that you’re feeding her?
It kinda looks like cheese
who's to blame when a copycat tries this and the fox rips out one of their fingers? don't try this at home!
She takes food from my mouth.
Bruh
Bro, have you ever heard about "rabies"? O_o
Just FYI
Yes, but we don't have rabies here in Denmark. :o)
Feed the fox some real food . Quit being a jerk! The fox is hungry.
I'd keep some chicken legs in stock just for the fox. it's cheap and it's good nutrition for the fox.
@@GetUnwoke they need raw meat not cooked
@@sixslinger9951 I agree, raw meat is much better for wild animals
I'm sure the fox is very happy to be getting food and isn't too picky about what type it is. Also, giving a wild fox a lot of rich food if it isn't used to such a rich diet could make it ill.
@@CowmanUK we’re talking about giving it raw meat or eggs
Yeah, blame it on the fox Lincoln. It's a starving wild animal taking a chance on getting close to a different species many times it's size just to get something to eat. I hate humans. We all suck.
wtf ru guys saying man, stop being weird.
Take a look at the most popular video on my channel, that's how she looked when we met. No hunger at all, but in this video and the other of three, she is giving milk and caring for her youngsters.
But i definitely agree on your opinion on humans..
Foxes don't have puppies.
❤️
Fox needs a shampoo
you should adopt it bro or its gona end badly for you shell show up with rabies or some other sad end to the story. let her roam free but bring her in for some basic vet stuff , rabies shot etc. my humble recommendation
We don't have rabies here in Denmark. :o)
@@DogUnchained really no rabies in europe? wow. well you know what i mean get the girl checked out make sure shes okay then yyou wont regret it later. got nothing to lose
@@DogUnchained crazy in US theres so much rabies they make a huge deal out of it.
@@cpt191021 There is rabies in most European countries, but not here.
I can't take her to the vet, she is wild and it is against the law to have wild animals as "pets".
