Well I’ve been absent for a minute and I’ve missed you and your funny self! I’m loving this pattern!
thank you for always sharing you are a very good instructor 🤗
“I err on the side of paranoia”…. So true when it comes to crochet! 😂
Filet crochet so pretty This design is peaceful calm restful
You are an awesome, smart, creative man and I love you with all my heart. The inspiration you fire inside your viewers and me is precious. Thanks for giving us your love.
Such a clever design - and definitely, when finished, a beautiful gift.
I've started this. I'm making a adult size blanket for me when I have a fit so it can cover me. I'm worried about the pattern but I'll get there as long as I stay patient and keep watching.
I love watching your videos, your details are very easy to follow. You also have a very pleasant voice, very calming and sweet. I'm 76 and love to crochet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful art ❤
Seriously, I love all your tutorials. I started teaching myself crochet and finding you was amazing. I am doing things I thought it would take years to get to. Amazing work! Thank you!
I agree, Fiber Spider is my teacher, my guru, my go to guy.❤
Beautiful ❤thank 😊thank you ❤
I have been looking for this stitch I want to make a cardigan.
Love Filet patterns!! Thank you, quilting is my other passion!! So this awesome !!
I like the idea of incorporating quilting patterns into crochet. This makes me think of how many other patterns can be done. Great job!!! Love the blanket idea thank you!!!! !
I'm loving this pattern and the way you teach us how to make it, Fiber Spider! You're wonderful to listen to, and each tutorial you do makes me smile at least once!
Thank uou! 💛
Love all of your patterns, they are explained so well n I can understand n follow along. You make me look like a pro... Thank you
Hi Craig, I’m looking forward to making this. Thank you so much for creating and taking the time to teach is this beautiful pattern. Be well and be safe.
I love filet crochet. And I do the same thing with counting if rather count twice then to frog.. Keep them coming
Lovely design! Very clever. I am a counter too. You really have to be to crochet properly. There is nothing worse than finding a mistake and having to frog back several rows. 5 seconds of counting saves much frustration. I love your filet work. Thank you for creating this.
❤❤❤wow love this bought PDF for travel easy. Huggs
Stunning spider thank you 😊Amanda xx❤️
I would make a baby blanket with this one and the tilted filet one.
Me too but what’s the tilted filet one??
Craig I am so freakin depressed! I am in a brace and can’t crochet. 5 weeks left ….ugh. Just listening and watching your videos brings some light into my life thanks ❤
That is beautiful. And something I would consider doing
Beautiful piece of work. Thanks for sharing.
Made an adult lapghan in a pretty lilac for Warm Up America- just the right pattern to keep the lilac from being too juvenile. Thank you!
I really love this blanket, I’ve been following your channel for years now. And like everybody who is a little bit in too handcraft, I am trying new things. The combination of crochet and quilt is wonderful and lovely. I love how you explain things……! Lots of love, ka de slang.
I made the foundation chain and first row and then I just followed along from a screenshot. I always do filet crochet that way.❤
OH BOY, another project for my list. Have 3 WIPS on the go. One more is okay ..right?😊
This is so awesome! Love it!
Love this! I quilted a couple log cabin blankets long ago.
SHOOT .... I MISSED THE LIVE. DANG IT!!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING HON. MUCH LOVE TO YOU.
Absolutely gorgeous
Can’t wait to get started!!
This is a great idea! 👍
Thank you for the pattern! I purchased it off of Etsy. Can’t wait to start on it. 🙂
Amazing thank you for sharing
Love this so much ❤
Beautiful!!!!!
Wow
Love your filet crochet blankets. Did two of your filet crochet blankets. Attempting to do the log cabin filet next!😊
this would be a wonderful decorative blanket since it wouldn't be warm. And many people will not use baby blankets that have any "holes" so it would make a beautiful nursery decoration but, again, not an actual blanket. I love the concept.
It would be perfect in the southern states
@@Crochetingyiayia I live in Ga, Im making this for sure for my new grandson coming August! I think it's very ideal for Ga weather!
Apropos to Mr. Fiber Spider's comment about how important counting is, for anyone new to crocheting, I always find that the start of any project IS the hardest part of a project. That is, it becomes easier as you work on it. I worry that some people become discouraged with how hard it can be to start a project, between checking and double-checking your count, working off the initial chain (which is always a bit difficult) and then learning the pattern. But within 3-5 rows, I usually find holding the work is much easier, counting becomes minimal (except with Amigurumi) and I've pretty much learned the pattern. It's only those first few rows that are irksome. So hang in there and you'll be fine.
I bought the pattern this is pretty
Beautiful!
Amazing!!
I love this ❤❤❤
Ooooooo I like this!
Love it!❤
Awesome!
❤️
Wondering if one could start and end with a 5 dc border so that the eyelets were not going all the way to the edge.
I love filet blanket or afghan, I was just wondering how many multiple you did. Gives me an eye view of how long to make mind. Thank you
I did mine 5 blocks wide, 7 blocks tall.
Very pretty. You can't possibly watch TV or talk with anyone while doing this stitch. So much counting. But pretty!
Craig, what do you think about using a size 4 yarn for this? I know it would make it larger, but what would happen to the pattern? Thank you so much for your videos! I've been watching for a few years now and you inspired me to start crocheting and doing thread crochet.
Of course you can use a heavier weight of yarn. Just be sure to use a corresponding hook size to go with it. 😉
I know exactly what you mean I have no patience either. I had tons when I was younger but the older I get the less I have which has become a recipe for disaster.
Have tried 3x on this and after 3rd row it doesn't turn out right. I give up
I am trying to order this pattern, it sends me to Etsy and then says not available!
