Nice video, been looking for an easy way to convert some old videos... FYI, when a device doesn't give you an option for AM/PM when setting the time, it's probably designed to use 24 hour (military) time, so your 1pm (I'm assuming it's not 1am because of the light, but I could be wrong...) should actually be 1300 when setting the time...

Yes you’re correct, I noticed that when I set the time. It really doesn’t matter unless you want to use the timer function. When I copied I would use the timer on my cellphone, start the transfer then come back as the tape was ending and stop recording.

Do you know if the device will allow you to make a digital copy of a "Copy Protected" VHS Tape? I have one that I need to save so that I can watch it many more times. But when I attempt to copy it from tape to disk, it pops up a copy-protected message and won't allow me to make a copy of the VHS that I PURCHASED...

Not sure on that as I just copied home movies.

Does the USB need to be "ejected" from Clear Click before removing?

I removed it before powering down the clear click and after, worked both ways.
I think when you stop recording the usb is ok to remove.
