Thanks, but just FYI to anyone watching, don't change to a static ip on your PC as shown here. You configure your router to always issue your PC/Laptop the same IP (Look under LAN/DHCP/Manual IP settings). If you just change it on your PC, the router may give the IP address to another device on your network, then there will be an IP conflict.

or set you DHCP range to something specific (eg 10-100) and have static addresses outside of that (eg 200-220)...
What about remote access 🤔 ,like not over the same network
