Excellent work Peter!
Thank you! Cheers!😀👍
I use torque wrenches all day everyday.
If using an extension you can rest the head of the torque wrench so the extension is straight with your left hand.
When using a mechanical torque wrench (click type) only 5 degree movement after the click
10 nm to 45 nm plus or minus 3nm tolerance
47 nm to 200nm plus or minus 5nm
201 nm up 5%
Ferrous materials take less torque
Non ferrous materials being tightened together one item threaded or a nut and schnore washer using never seaze (not copper coat as it has a different coefficient of friction)
M8 20nm plus or minus 3nm
M10 45nm plus or minus 5nm
M12 85nm plus or minus 5nm
M16 195nm plus or minus 5nm
M20 300nm plus or minus 5%
Thanks 👍😀
