Fun fact:according to Fred Seibert in a late 2008 concept art post of the show on a Frederator blog, Adventure Time was originally supposed to premiere in late 2009 but was pushed back to spring 2010

This is a missed opportunity for sure. But at the same time its worth it because I doubt Adventure Time would be what it is today of Nickelodeon had it. Nickelodeon probably wouldn't keep shows that aren't the same level of success as Spongebob or Fairly Oddparents. But thankfully Cartoon Network saved it and made bangers after bangers after Adventure Time. Adventure Time is a masterpiece. Plus animation is a lot better then the pilot. The pilot looks like an early prototype for Adventure Time. But still good no doubt. Adventure Time clears every Nickelodeon shows
