They're ready to convert her tier-4 to tier-2 (Health and Care Visa). Do you think it's allowed for switching of visa this way. She's considering exploring part-time option for her study. Thanks

Hey Oyin, can you clarify something for me😊. So you got your graduate job before getting your Graduate visa, I’m assuming you were still on your student visa. What did your offer look like? I just got my graduate job, but the company said they can’t offer me a written contract until I get my Graduate visa, so I’ll only sign something upon getting my graduate visa. Which obviously has me in panic cause how do I trust that they will keep my job for me in 6months to come. How did your offer look like?

Basically the last 3 months of my course which completed my one year program
