Baby Emma was born at 33 weeks along with her baby brother, Connor. Emma was born at 3 lbs and 5 ounces. Her twin brother was born at 3 lbs 14.5 ounces. The babies were delivered by cesarean section. Both twins stayed in the NICU for about 4 weeks, and came home together on November 9th of 2012!
