@@vikramchakraborty1024 I'm fairly sure they don't. It only takes political will for them and a referendum. The political will is not there and the vote would probably fail. The fairly obvious reason is that the Island is very far from self sufficient.
I just did this the other day, kinda combining stuff from his fascist UK video on Securing the Dominions. Basic rundown, convert the whole army to the basic infantry template. Train and force deploy about 30 more. National Focus, go straight for a change in course then work down the right side of the Decolonization tree, releasing lots of puppets and getting PP and manpower bonuses. SAVE ALL YOUR PP. You'll need around 900 to rush the Commie decisions and secure all the Dominions. Once you're around 10% Commie, take the trade unions focus. Once that's done rush through the trade union decisions to flip commie. Keeps working on getting towards Decolonization as you're doing that, stopping to take Secure the Dominions as soon as you take the referendum decision. I had just enough PP to finish all the Securing decisions right as military law was running out. After you've flipped them all commie, you should be finishing up Decolonization. You'll probably lose a bunch of the minor countries from the Allies, but if you secured properly the majors will still stay your puppets. At this point take all your troops, line up on the Northern border with the US, rush towards Crush the American Dream, joining the Comintern along the way, and take out the US as soon as you have the war goal. I think I declared in late 38/ early 39. Plenty early and the US is still pretty weak.
There's a way you can invade USA at the beginning of the game with the naval treaties to take advantage of their early game weakness. Then from there it's just a matter of doing the focuses and staying out of wars.

Another video that helped me get an achievement. Although, I noticed when I was at war with Denmark right after I finished off Norway, I could invite Finland to my faction before I even launched the coup.
That seems like a good idea. Although not strictly fascist, Finland was in fact largely pro-Axis because of justified fear of Soviet Russia. It could esily be made into a firm ally.
Even faster and easier tutorial country:Finland guide: go down to northern defense front make the best possible relations with the Nordics wait for world tension and hope they accept to join with the relations But do make sure to use b3tters guide in all an amazing hoi4 UA-camr deserves more love

Turns out already had the achievement, So spent 40 minutes just redoing it XD. Got the Shaken, Not Stirred achievement in the process, so still productive.
Denmark had A LOT more divisions in my game, granted this is a 2 year old video. It took me until '38 July to mop them up after finishing Norway a comparatively long time ago. Definitely have more than 2-3 divisions guarding from Copenhagen or they get annoying.
I try to do these guides but unfortunately this game hates me and something always goes wrong even if I follow the video to the letter like Denmark just refusing to die
I guess my troops sucked because I had to improvise the hell out of this plan... it took like 20 min and it was so stressful ( the Norway and Denmark part )
Unfortunatly, they have since patched this; being in a civil war incurs a 50 point penalty to their willingness to join a faction, making this strategy, impossible now.

I do NOT understand how you manage denmark and norway do not join the allies while world tension is so high - I only managed to achieve the "northern light" by degrading hoi4 down to a version where the world tension ain't going up that early... -_-

You can see the video of "Crusader Kings 2" and obtain the two achievement at the same time, because you take UK as South Africa, it's difficult, but you can try it.
I tried this but the finns wont join my faction, even though world tension is 100%. I was hoping when the soviets won the civil war for them they would join me but the non fascist finns gave the soviets territory and now germany is justifying in denmark, in other words: Im fucked and will have to try again lmao

Oh, now it cant be done exactly that way, de acceptance of the ia is now -50 for civil war

you can till do it. Right click on Aaland and improve relations. You can create faction from Aaland.

i used a mod to make sweden have a focus tree nd gave the achievment threw an unlocker more fun that way and i never try to cheat achievments

There isn't enough WT for them to join the allies, as democratic nations. Try it, it's easy!

he said war 7 or 8 times (i lost count), and civil war once.
Gotta keep it out of the first 5 minutes or so. It's absurd

UPDATE: The soviets made a war goal and declared on the finnish, greater finland joined the commintern.
You have to get them in your faction while they are still in a civil war.
That's why you gotta be quick about the spies etc
