I like this lady - she talks sense and sounds like she has been there. We all learn from our mistakes. Just a few simple things to add - if you want to command your classroom then issue commands. The more you tolerate, the more you have to tolerate. If you fail to stay calm, the issue quickly becomes your temper and not the behaviour of your students. Adults often say stupid things to kids. A classic one is "How many times have I told you not to talk with your mouth full? Answer me!". Telling students to listen quietly is a very good example of this.
