Thanks for the stream!! I thought the donothon discussion towards the end was interesting and I do understand your hesitation on it and general dislike of the rewards. I don't think a donothon is required but maybe like a fund-raising stream? I'm not super familiar with marketing or anything but I picked up a (very) little bit when designing the fansite for EONIA.
Something that came up consistently was the need for a "Call to action", something to drive viewers to click a button or focus their attention. I think with your creativity it could be an event to drive donations for the 4th anniversary fund and be really fun at the same time. Just some food for thought.
