Judy used a microphone, but could easily fill a concert hall without one. Endlessly fascinating singer with so much variety in her voice; soft, loud, excellent pitch with rounded vowels, extraordinary breath control. When rested, there was no better singer before or since. Two bars of Judy singing easily exceeds any of todays popular singers by leaps and bounds.

I think that this equisite performance trumps her incredible Carnegie Hall performance 2 years earlier....she sounds fresh, vibrant, completely gets the key modulation on "love" and hods the last note til the end! Exciting, scintilating Judy at her blazing best.
