No I’ve not been to see a doctor, as they will say your too young etc and make you feel stupid. I’ve noticed my periods are not as heavy now, but mood changes I’ve definitely noticed. To the point where I’m actually annoyed at myself. I find I have loads of enthusiasm and feel Motivated about things, but when it comes to it I just can’t be arsed 🫣🤣. This is not me at all. I think as mums/ wife you’re just so busy you just forget about yourself and then everything just gets on top of you. I hope you feel better ❤ xx

@@Carlyjadeocean no they don’t my doctor just said to me I’ll give you hrt no blood tests nothing. I can’t take it so have gone the natural route. It helps but it’s still horrible xxx
Omg I am too seeking what I can do for my moods and depression episode before my period starts and ovulation. I'm 39 now and finding it far worse than the past. I'm fed up and just don't wana feel like this anymore. During this hormonal periods I just can't control it and hate myself during this time! I'm more snappier at my kids and just less productive. I look forward to any tips suggested too on your comments... When should primrose oil be taken, throughout the month or just before and during periods?
I know I feel you! It’s so frustrating isn’t it 🥲 I was taking it throughout the month and this month my mood wasn’t as bad but I was on holiday for that 10 days before so I’ll see this month because I haven’t taken it now I don’t know what’s best to do! 🥴😂
O Carly bodies shapes are so confusing I’m trying to understand my body also and it’s driving me nuts because as you said I’m trying to dress my old way and not my new body 🤯🤯😂❤
Hi Carly, I remember being pre menstrual the mood swings the rage the tiredness sometimes you need to listen to your body and rest it’s strange as soon as you get your period the mood is lifted. I’m at the other end of menopause now it’s been tuff and still a bit challenging. As for vitamins don’t be sucked in with people promoting them one doesn’t fit all you need to go to your GP let them tell you what your lacking with a blood test . taking too many vitamins can be dangerous trust me I know. Especially vitamin D You can get most of your intake from good food to boost your vitamin needs. Xx
Yes thank you for this you are so right! One definitely doesn’t fit all and I always like to know what I’m taking and make sure it’s right for me! I must have took these continuously for the next two weeks and then stopped again now but this months pre menstrual was a lot better wether that’s from the primrose oil or because I was on holiday who knows 😂☺️
