Also this Dell 6320 is guaranteed to be returned as soon as the customer receives it and touches for the first time. It is an ancient laptop with softtouch on its top case and this particular softtouch feels like goo or sneeze 5 years after production date. Nobody in their right mind will continue using this thing as a laptop.
Customer has had the laptop for 2 weeks now and is really happy with it. He is using it to burn and rip his own cds as well as some light web browsing. Yes unfortunately that is an issue with the soft touch rubber, however I clean it with some white spirit and it seems to feel a bit better now but the customer wasn’t bothered by this.
I am from a part of the UK called the Black Country. My accent is called a black country accent or yam yam round here. Unfortunately I can’t change the way I pronounce words 😢

"much" and "charge" words have ʌ and a: sounds respectfully, so why do you say "mooch" and not "chourge"?
