What I shared in the training is pretty universal for all practice types. I currently run 6 law firms and they pretty much have the same automations as I've shared in the video: Automations that go to our prospects and clients whenever we receive 1. New lead 2. New Client and 3. Collecting Google reviews
We have a free community for lawyers called Lawyer Club and we also offer Law Firm Growth Implementors who set up client generation systems, automations, CRM, helping hire, AI, among many other services inside mylegalacademy.com/ And our free community for lawyers: www.skool.com/mylegalacademy
Do your law firms have automations for: Management of internal electronic mailroom, including downloading, re-naming and filing of electronic mail, facsimile and documents?@@mylegalacademy
Nice vid but I fail to understand If ya have 6 law firms and 30 million usd income, and optimize your time a lot, why is it worth it for you to make these videos?
Thanks for your question, it's a good one. You're right, I've been fortunate enough to build successful law firms over the years, but for me, life isn't solely about making money, revenue and self-interest. Since I was young, I've always had a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others. It brings a different kind of fulfillment that money can't buy. Over the last 8 years, I've built robust teams that now manage the day-to-day operations of my law firms, making them largely self-sufficient. This has freed up my time and allowed me to invest about 40% of it into My Legal Academy. Here, I get to share and teach what I know best-how to acquire clients efficiently and automate law firms to make them run like well-oiled machines. So, why do I make these videos? Because it fills a deep-rooted desire to share and teach. Plus, it provides immense satisfaction to see other lawyers benefit from the knowledge I've accumulated. Thanks for watching, and I hope this clears up why I invest time in making these videos.

Hey! Thank you for the video. Just curious, are these automations consistent with all branches of law?
