I am a CKD warrior. The sad thing po wala napo kami halos makain. All phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium food are not allowed. Thats why us a CKD patient majority of us are thin due to food restriction. But as long as you are breathing and still alive. We still have hope. Our trust and faith is with our Lord who gave life and who also can take away. With God all things are possible and He can always do miracles in our life. God is good🙏🏽

@@JeromeNavales-tq6vk no salt diet. Vegetables and fish. Chicken breast no skin, no fats, no other meat, no cheese, no butter, no ice cream. You have to ask your nephro about certain food to eat they will give you the list. And also no sugar diet as well. If you will follow progression will stop thats the target not to progress the disease. Regular check up quarterly to check blood test and urine etc.

Mahirap ang kidney disease mga folks. Even when you have a kidney transplant, may mga komplicasyon pa rin. Basta mag iingat tayo sa mga pagkain na super maaalat. Wag masyadong asin.
Mahirap nga talaga ate, di nawawala anxiety ko na baka lalong lumala tong kidney disease ko. Before ako na diagnose sobrang happy ko e pero ngayon nalaman ko na may problema ako sa kidney unting unti nawawala ung saya ko. Palagi kasi ako kumakain ng junk foods at coke pag snack time mukhang yon yata ang dahilan. 14 palang ako pero may problema na dapat malaman din ng iba na umiwas sa junk foods para d sila magaya sa akin. Mahirap kasi pag bata pa may problema na. Like some people say, some people only care about their body when they get sick
try mo nlng papawis kahit 2 to 5x a week .. wag ka muna mag sugar and salt. ok nman sa mga bodybuilder yan secret nila salt add and minus sa amount.
