Paul Rabil talks Premier Lacrosse League with Frank the Tank | Episode 12 presented by BODYARMOR

As the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) approaches its new season, I had a chance to walk with its founder, Paul Rabil. Many consider Rabil to be the greatest lacrosse player of all time. Playing 11 seasons in the Major Lacrosse League, Paul Rabil won the MLL Offensive Player of the Year Award thrice in 2009, 2011, and 2012, and the MLL MVP Award twice, in 2009 and 2011. He also won the MLL Championship twice, in 2011 and in 2015. Paul Rabil is coming out with a book entitled "The Way of the Champion: Pain, Persistence, and the Path Forward," a guide to embodying a champion's mindset in sports, business, and relationships. The 2024 season is significant for the PLL, which will again have its games on ESPN+. This year, they will assign teams to cities and hope to play home games soon. The PLL season begins on June 1st, with games every weekend through September.

Big fan of Frank and have watched multiple Frank Walks and part of the "AWLs". Shout out to Jenks.
Feedback for the Frank team (just my opinion) - if you can incorporate like a 1 minute throwback video of the guest that would be great for a guest you don't know really know (Paul Rabil in this case). This could be video clips w/ voiceover from Frank about the guest's background, background w/ Barstool. As a viewer or AWL, if I had seen a video clip of the 2019 interaction with Rabil and PMT think you could keep people watching for longer. This could just be used multiple times on Instagram, TikTok, UA-camShorts w/ link out to this main video.
Finished the entire episode and think its a great conversation and epsiode. Think/Know Frank could become the modern Bryant Gumbel (HBO Sports) of Sports hosts.
