ND’s 2024 schedule is relatively weak.

This is such an odd take to me. I really don't get where fans are coming from with this. It's like if it's not a murderers row some folks just jump to weak. It's not close to being a weak schedule. You've got a schedule with 4 teams that are consistently ranked in the preseason Top 25. You have an opponent coming off a 13-1 season, and two more teams that won 10+ games last year. Again, is it a gauntlet? No, but it's not close to weak. I feel like since it doesn't have "name" programs throughout people just jump to the default "Well it must not be hard then." I think that's incredibly misguided.
