Wow 😍😍😍😍😍😍
A irmã perdida da Sandy!
Amo a Sharon!
Nunca achei que ela fosse Mezzo.
Ela é Soprano por A + B!
I didn’t include any belts (because there were only a few) or low notes (not anything strong below C4), so enjoy her Head Voice!
One of my favorite vocalists! Such a fairy like timbre. I would argue she was a leggero soprano back then. Great video!
Glad you enjoyed the video! She was rly light back then. Can’t wait to analyze her further
@@Diego_Santa I would classify her as a soubrette in her early years. Today, her voice is often classified as mezzo-soprano, although I would still call her a soprano (although she doesn't often go into the 6th octave). Her voice is overall rather light, but I wonder if she could be classified as a full lyric, if I consider her lower and middle register (which can have a certain amount of darkness and fullness while the light lyric has a bright color even in these positions).
@@Midvo89 her voice has definitely darkened, but I don’t think she is a mezzo. Barely struggles with her upper fifth octave head voice (upper belting is her “weakest” register tho”) and even if her lows are quite solid, she doesn’t feel THAT comfortable down there.
@@Diego_Santa Her head voice says definitely soprano. And also her lower register (and she improved in this area over years a lot). It's her belting that causes confusion, cuz she sounds stronger and more comfortable in her mid-belts.
She has the most tone in Metal Symphonic
It is fascinating to see how much progress she has made in her singing since then. Sharon always had a beautiful and original voice, but in the early years she was too fixated on the head voice ((and here I want to add that Sharon has one of the most beautiful and best non-opera head voices in the genre).).Today, her vocals are much richer and the technique much better. It's hard to believe she never had any singing lessons.
She definitely widened up both singing wise and genre wise. Love her dark, heavy mid belts she delivers nowadays (while her HV is pretty much the same from back then).
And yh, pretty incredible that she never had formal training, but I do believe there’s a clip warming up during their 2007 concert with one vocal coach (I assume), so she might know the basics, but yeah, self taught. If only she sang in the 6th octave WAY more often…
