The curse of having actual professionals on the job, it gets done right
I’m sat here nodding away as he says they’re off to work on the pier, because I delivered the timber they’re using for the handrails. Took it to Kirkham Wareings about two weeks ago 😂
Wonderful...a young lad like yourself thinking about his grandkids...wise head.
Once that new wife take 80% of the farm in 10 years time we’ll see what’s left
@@cjames21 calm down Karen
Andrew should voice Wallace from Wallace and Gromit. He sound's like Peter Sallis.
You've hit the nail on the head with that - I was agonising over who I thought Andrew sounded like - of course, its Peter Sallis, thanks.
Someone should contact Ardman with this information…. We LOVE Wallace and Gromit over here on the other side of the pond, and were truly sad to learn Peter Sallies had passed away.
I can just imagine Tom now in 60 years time doin a flash back of when he built up the farm
Must be how he "rebuilt it up"? The farm was already built 🤣🤣🤣
All mustachioed and grumpy about newfangled technology…kids these days
I can just imagine "The Ginge" doing that flash back thing right now, as he has just completed this concept of, "that day when we poured for the old barn 60 years ago."
...and he'll still be paying for it too!
I bought a 120 year old farm that once had 1000 acres...I only bought the remaining central structures and acreage. 180,000 sq’ of barns, concrete pads where the milking barns stood, a concrete road down the middle of the property. I’ve pulled up 8”-24” floor slabs and roads and hauled off over 300 tons so far..I’ve barely made a dent! Sheep can’t eat concrete so me, my Jack hammer, backhoe and semi-truck hauler are busy, busy busy! Next rebuild the haulage barn walls so I have more Winter barn space for MORE SHEEP!
Early bird catches the worm but the early worm still gets eaten. Fantastic watch as always tom👌. Loving watching you massive farm improvements
when you are working to join old to new it is "custom made" for the space
I love watching your family’s vision, for the future of your farm, becoming a reality.
Andrew needs to make a sleepy time app with him just calmly talking about anything.
No laser levels in sight with the old boys! All they need is a couple bits of string and a plumb bob
Tom That fence Wire Tool that you said you just got, we have had that tool here in the States all my life and I'm 64! Yes it's a wonderful tool for doing fencing with!!
Exciting times ! And what a fantastic group of professionals from different company's, all working together to get the job done. Really looking forward to see the finished layout. Hope the weather favours you Tom
I can't believe how excited I am watching this. This farm just gets better daily. Missed seeing the Ginger with the Moustache. Think I caught a glimpse of him. Keep working, Tom, your farm is going to love you back!
Love watching your videos in New Zealand I'm a dairy farmer we milk 1050 cows they live outside all year round great to see how you farm in England 🐄
So excited for you!!!! Can't wait till it's all done. ❤️🐮❤️🐄❤️🐮❤️🐄
Looks like lot's of exciting stuff happening Tom can't wait to see what it looks like when it's all finished. 😃
At least when the grand kids are putting up a new shed you can show them exactly what to expect to find.
I’ve a Wareing building that’s been up somewhere around 60 years.👍
Mr Waring seems like such an awesome character!! abit of a joker too :)
I want a whole video of Tom and Andrew!!
Well see you soon Andrew. Job well done 😊😊😊😊🚜🚜🌷🚜🚜
Tom. You should put 3 walls on with a litle but space between the other silage because otherwise there is gonna drop water from the other silage to the new on or otherwise
I have to say watching the work being done and listening to the talk Andrew especially... those are some really knowledgable men. and you're lucky to have been able to have them do the work. Well done to all of them so far !
From Canada... On the Great Lakes. Some of our multistory apartment buildings and business complexes, near the river, are built on great concrete pads floating on quicksand. Same issues came up in the early '60's in Montreal Quebec when they were building their underground Metro, having to stabilize areas with incredible numbers of loads of concrete. All are still standing and in good shape so your byrnes should stand strong. Fun to watch
Giving the yard a right good tidy up
Love it
I’m thinking that in the very near future you will have a model farm and the happiest dairy cows, the farm store will provide for so many and your family will be able to sit back at the end of the day and smile. Have a cup of tea and enjoy the future!
Just wanted to say hello. I’m part of the hoof GP’s herd. Glad I found your channel.
Pots of gold all the concrete holes for the pillars 👍
I love watching other people’s jobs. The specialist knowledge from the University of Life. :)
Getting there investing for the future making the farm bigger and better. 💪💯
Another awesome video Tom, and great to see the banter with Andrew Wearing and his team.
Always enjoy the videos Tom. Even on occasional Sunday's. Very exciting stuff going on!
Can you take the drone up over the farm so we can get a view of what has been removed and where the new shed is going to be. Great videos!
It’s looking good it will nearly be over quicker than you think 👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Looks like you have a fantastic team of workers there Tom - Andrew certainly knows his stuff, he’s really interesting and has such a calming personality.
Exciting times, looks like the boys are making good progress, can't wait to see it develop 👌
Really coming along Tom... so happy for you and your dad
I'm so glad to see your progress on your new part to your farm . 👍
Tom, tell them guys that thing called “concrete vibrator” exists and makes life so mush easier
Well that means more money out of pocket to hire one if they don't have one or if they do have U gotta pay for the wear n tear
I did think that two. Makes the concreat harder two
Fascinating! That is one BIG load of concrete! 👍❤️
Love that fence tool!! I’ve carried one since the late ‘60’s! Have one under my car seat right now
Brilliant video Tom, thank you 👍
"That's a lot of concrete"
What Tom really thinks "a lot of money" 🙂
Especially given concrete is like gold dust right now.
🙈
Yeah concrete is pricey as @ mo & hard to get in for delivery as well
@@thewippit8717 I heard there were two reasons: one, an additive for the concrete is in short supply; and two no one is mining sand in the UK at the moment. Sand is having to be shipped in from abroad, sand!
@@martingibbs1179 Plenty of sand in NI. 35N Concrete in NI is currently £60/£65 per metre. Up £5.
Tom absolutely love that ur expanding the farm keep on growing
Love seeing and hearing from Andrew and the others

Another cracking video and progressing further on with the new build and new silo . Great to see it progressing and updating so quickly 😃👍
Class vid Tom
Could you do a lock down day in the life pls
Lockdown lol working màn
Where I live, I've never had to cooperate with a lockdown. (North Carolina) The Gov. & others can give "recommendations", but I, having the liberty to choose for myself, never saw a need to "lockdown". Put the wimps & the old folks on lockdown & get on with life...... ***I do stay away from others & not once have I broken from my own prudent decision to stay distant from all others... (6 feet & all) I cannot afford to catch the Chinese Laboratory virus so I stay vigilant.....
Love how nice people are in farming
Love the relationship you are forming with all the contractors 🐄👷🏻♂️🚧💵🔨

That’s a lot of concrete!!!
In Texas, your new tool's called "fence pliers". Have had one in every truck I've owned. So helpful in so many was on a ranch or farm.
Awsome video Tom keep them coming stay safe 👍👍👌👌🏴🏴🇬🇧🇬🇧

Very interesting to watch
Each video, we are getting closer and closer to the finished product.👍😀
Great Video Tom 👏👌🏻👍
Exciting!!
Hello from Tennessee 😁 I can’t understand most of what you say but enjoy your channel!! Glad your cows get to be on grass sometimes
Haha, that's both funny and interesting. Being non-English speaking, I can understand everyone in the UK perfectly fine (except for my former Geordie colleagues) and I have trouble understanding Americans from the Southern states.
Hope the weather holds up for the next job
Big foundations always keeps your mid at rest when you are at the top of of a very full clamp compacting. Its all going to look great when its done.
👍👍
Have a good day 🌻🌻🌻
