Gave birth 20 days ago without epidural. Feels much worse. But once i looked at my baby girl at that moment i knew i can do it again. She is biggest miracle in my life. All pain was forgotten when i held her. All thanks to the God and delivery nurses
I went through this three days ago and don’t worry, guys! It’s much worse than it looks! 💀🤣😭 In all seriousness it was super empowering and magical and whatever but that hurted for real
I also wanna know as a ftm at 6 months of course I'm STRESSING. I want to go through it natural as long as I can stand it and I guess if it's literally unbearable I might as well go with pain medicine so I can better provide my baby with a blissful birth rather than, well a raw one. As horrible as that sounds and I would prefer to go natural, but I dunno about that as a ftm I want to dilate as much as possible before getting any pain meds
@@halleyl2637 Im also in my first pregnancy, I would like to go unmedicated as long as its not stressing baby, I feel like I can handle some pain lol but we will see 😭😅
@quinniewinnie1276 me too :) I want to do what I can to keep medicine out of babys blood stream and I feel like if I can wait until the last moment or not even have it at all. That's what I want. There is also a numbing shot they can give your perineum and that sounds like it would be less invasive to baby than an epidural or iv pain mess but again we will see. I wish and hope I can go unmedicated but everybody around Mr just kinda laughs in my face and tells me to do the epidural which I hope to avoid. But in the end once baby and i have made enough progress I feel like it would cause less interference and I've heard of a lot of ladies having a better birth due to the pain meds so fingers crossed I don't need them, I wanna be a natural warrior so bad. But yes girl we will see! When are you due my baby is due early Jan 2025!
@@halleyl2637 yes Ive been practicing breathing through the smaller discomforts, the birth vlogs Ive watched tensing up is usually what leads to labor stalling and then they worry about stress for baby. My boyfriend has been the only one really supportive of me going unmedicated but its something Im determined to do, I want to experience bringing my baby into this world fully. My SIL says she cant recall a lot of my nephews birth with the meds she was on and I want to be as present as possible 💙 Im due mid February 💕
Made it to the eggo with all 3. 1st was 34 hours back labor, 4 hours pushing. 2nd, was 12 hours labor, approximately 40 minutes of pushing. 3rd, was 8 hours labor…I sneezed and he just flew out! Lol! 😂
I just gave birth on October 9th and I can’t believe it! It’s so crazy to think about what an amazing thing my body did. I labored from about 11am to 3pm, then got the epidural and thought I’d lay down for a little nap. The doctor came in to check my dilation and baby girl was already at +2 station! She arrived four minutes later!
I was in labor for 3 days...yes i had an epidural...still was a horrible experience and would be why I only had 1 child. I hated everything about labor and delivery but my baby boy is my moon! Hes 26 years old now and still everything to me!❤
Me to my husband: do you want to see cervix dilation with breakfast food? My husband: how would you dilate a cervix with breakfast food and why would you show me something so gross?! Me: no, it shows the dilation, ew! Him: oh, that makes more sense! 😂
I made it to Eggo waffle stage three times but….. Kiddo #1 forceps and very large episiotomy Kiddo #2 8 weeks early urgent c-section at the last moment when her cord slipped through along side her smaller head - rough NICU Kiddo #3 A three push baby, actually harder not having her while everyone got ready because they didn’t believe me. I tease her it was basically a slip and slide at that point. Also 6 weeks early- easy birth, easy NICU
Will you PLEASE do a video on best pumps and why??? PLEASE! I'm literally begging here! If you have already please link it because I'm not seeing it. Thank you!!!
Despite my efforts, I unfortunately did not dilate. I was induced the morning after EDD. had the gel and pitosin administered. My water broke that night. Contractions were 5 then 3 then 1 minute apart for 7 hours straight and still wasn’t dilating. My baby girl’s heart rate began to drop after each contraction the next day. It had been 17 hours since my water broke and I was only dilated at 3. So we had to keep my baby safe and had a last minute c-section.
Im pregnant for the first time-ish (lost my 1st @5weeks and now have a healthy#2 pregnancy) and this video has scared the shit outta me 😭 dont get me wrong im educated i work in patient care but L&D is NOT my area and these videos have taught me more than child development class in high school ever did and that was 15yrs ago 😭 I wanted to say thanks for informing me now Im going to show my husband. He wont see an eggo the same way again. ❤
After 3 days of labour with no dilation we discovered that it was due to scarring - it was horrible. Ended in an emergency C-section and the early arrival of my little princess. She is still in NICU but doing amazing 🎉
@@dahianamonzonmartinez3614 thank you lovely 🩷🌸 Yeah 3 days of bubs head pushing down with nowhere to go. Poor little darling. I was very lucky she didn’t go into complete distress. I had an operation to remove cancer cells from my cervix a few years back and doctors told me fertility would be an issue but never mentioned that the scarring could close my cervix completely. Crazy times - but all seems worth it now that she has arrived 🌸
Just had mine in August! I went from 2.5-3cm at the start. They broke my water manually. Shot right up to 9cm in a 5 hour timeframe. Was at 10, pushed for about an hour. Then he was out. The only pain I felt was when he got stuck on my pubic bone and I had to push past it to get him through the canal.
A real maple syrup cover will work better. You shouldn’t be eating that fake shit! Give me your addrsss and I’ll send you some good stuff from Maine. ❤ love your humor!

A dang powdered donut! I ended up having to have an emergency C-section because his heart rate would drop during contractions.
As long as he got here safely ❤ I really hope Im able to have a vaginal birth, I dont think I could handle surgery like that and a newborn.

My babies heads were wider than that waffle for sure!
The cervix stretches after it reaches 10 centimeter to accommodate the head and rest of baby.

It makes me want to adopt -_- this is intense. I used to fantasize about being pregnant but the delivery is a terrifying thought.

Made it to eggo both pregnancies 6 hour labors WALKING HELPS !
Made it to waffle. But I was 6.5cms when I came in thinking it was Braxton hicks contractions .
All I want now is breakfast
Sadly I only made it to breakfast sausage 😕 c sections no golden hour all three kids😢
HOW 🍊🧇🥤
Mine made it to a hard boiled egg or mini powdered donut before I needed medication. Is that normal?
Looks like someone was hungry when setting up this video 😆
And then you just rip open the rest of the size that you need to be. It’s wonderful. 😑
A month postpartum on Friday!! 😊❤
