Consider his bank, his Internet provider, everybody in the same house or street. You could print out cheap flyers with all the facts and have them put up in his area, mail them to people who have no telephone. They'll ask his parents about it.

Don't know if she saw the post, but the info about him and link to the video was posted on her most recent video. She didn't have many videos or posts, so if she follows up on notifications she would have seen it
