I know a tad about gynecomastia, as a trans dude who was looking into the similarities between me and cis men with gynecomastia, (it's all similarities, it's basically the same thing, it's just a man with breast tissue development in general, usually through hormonal issues. Which, mood.)
Testosterone WILL NOT fix gynecomastia omg. Such terrible advice. For one, there's no way to get rid of it without masectomies. Two, excess testosterone is usually the CAUSE of gynecomastia. It's common in men using steroids, aka testosterone, where they use too much. Testosterone, in excess, turns into estrogen, by it's very nature. So men, bodybuilders usually, who take too much with a lack of info or medical assistance, so usually unregulated steroid use, can easily cross that line into excess and develop gynecomastia. It's also a thing that occurs in men with low testosterone and higher estrogen, which is what my cis dad had, and is on HRT for himself. I consider myself in a similar situation to that.
Testosterone inhibits estrogen's feminizing nature, yes, but beyond a certain point, it BECOMES estrogen.
I haven't gotten far into this video, but just wanted to point out that this man is literally giving out harmful/dangerous medical misinformation. (People with gynecomastia and anyone with more estrogen in their system will be at higher risk of things like breast cancer. AMAB or AFAB or AXAB or anything in between. Estrogen levels affect you risk of cancers of the AFAB reproductive system and breast tissue, because these cancers are largely estrogen-dependent. This is also why most HRT methods involve progesterone, as it helps mitigate those risks a bit. Long-term exposure and exposure to high levels of estrogen increase cancer risks. Everytime you are exposed to estrogen, particularly at a high level, that risk increases, a small amount.)
Basically he's helping encourage the cause of gynecomastia, and what's basically a carcinogenic for people who are, luckily, likely not at a super high risk of said cancers. Making them more at risk. Not saying he's increasing that by a lot, but it's still not a good thing since they don't need to go through that.
(P.S., reading other comments, I presume this man is claiming to be a doctor? I highly doubt he's in any of the fields of endocrinology or other main biological fields, if he's promoting carcinogens, aka cancer causers, to people, and offering the cause of gynecomastia as a solution, just from reading the titles. Seriously dangerous if he's claiming to be a doc though, cause people will trust him, or use him as an excuse of how all doctors are bad/harmful/unknowing in their fields.)
Just wanted to add, a while later, that this is also why children with cancers of that sort, AFAB children especially, as they're usually more likely to have such cancers, are put on puberty blockers, as it helps halt the estrogen intake and such, and will help slow down the cancer so it can more easily be treated and so the child has a longer life, even if it ends up being fatal.

I lift weights and there are many health benefits if you do it properly and aren't ego lifting (using too much weight and/or reps, not taking breaks, etc.) or aren't trying to constantly max out on the amount of weights. People lift to improve certain muscles or to do more simple exercises like similar movement for properly lifting a bag of groceries or heavy dog. The best part is that if we’re looking at “primal exercise” then climbing is the best example
Edit: lemme explain- we have special ligaments and such in our bodies that are only useful for climbing. Evolutionarily they’re no longer useful, to the point where some people are born without them. So this guy better get on a rock climbing wall if he wants to claim he’s doing primal exercises

also the thing about certain exercises upping estrogen is dumb, simularly how these people thing eating soy products will make them feminine. soy does have estrogen, but a plant variant of it that we either don't absorb or is in such tiny amounts that it doesn't matter (can't remember exactly, just know 100% it's bullshit - source: hbomberguy's video about soyboys)
