I hope so he is the only one who actually seems authentic as well is easy listening. The type you can picture actually stopping to listen to on Spotify if it comes on or the radio.
Most of the others seem to be playing more of a game than genuinely being themselves. Aside from Joe.
All these people are saying he didn’t step it up so therefore he deserves to go home which is crazy!! So make sure to vote ;). But maybe he was just already good and knows the artist he wants to be compared to all the rest who are grasping at straws picking weird song choices and then changing the song completely (usually sounding terrible except for a few exceptions) because people vote for that regardless of if they did good or not.
Or they lean into trying to be more relatable with their story or better yet have a sob story. You can sound like nails in blender and still win.
Last year was the first time since the OG seasons of idol with Simon, Paula, and Randy that the winner actually deserved the win. And I see Will Mosley as being very similar to Ian Tongi. So fingers crossed 🤞

He's got the voice and I love his singing but I would've liked to see him step it up and make it his own.
Agreed! I am a fan of him, but he needs to be less predictable. I'm kinda finding him too safe and predictable. I hope he does something more intense and shocking tomorrow. Lots of drama and emotions. He does have a big range, just needs to show us that. Something unexpected.

Other former American Idols, Taylor Hicks and Bo Bice, have covered Bob Seger in recent years. With Bo covering Bob's first hit song, Ramblin' Gamblin' Man. Bo's version is a bit of a bluegrass version. Bo has released two new songs this year. One being that cover. The other being a patriotic song.

Yeah he has a really nice voice, but it just sounds so inauthentic. I don't want to listen to mediocre impressions. I would love to hear the real Will Moseley, I'm just not hearing it here.

I think the shock I'd love to see from him is wanting a Van Morrison song for him. He doesn't seem like the type of artist to go for it, but he would slay Into the Mystic or Days Like This. Or imagine Will covering Texas Hold Em by Beyonce. He'd kill that hands down with his range and emotions.
