Okay, let me debunk this point. Generally agents market this as selling point to the students that here passing percentage is good. And if you will take admission in here you will also pass mci. Which is completely irrelevant and bizarre but students and parents tend to fall for this and this leads to more admissions in particular university. Which leads to a. Overpopulation and b. increase fees
Because demand is more and seats limited. That’s how agents are manipulating everyone. Back then Orenburg fees was 5500 USD and now 6000 USD
